Job Opening: Marketing Project Coordinator
As Marketing Project Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing and executing marketing projects for our solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the EdTech and SaaS Market, marketing strategies, and project management principles.
The Marketing Project Coordinator will also be responsible for managing relations with vendors and marketing agencies. Alongside, they will evaluate the performance of campaigns, conduct regular market research and look out for trends which can become an opportunity for the company.
The Marketing Project Coordinator will also execute the external off-site campaigns involving logistics management and operations. This position will report to the VP Client Relations and Marketing.

Objectives of your role
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work of others to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives. Regularly review projects, exploring new and innovative procedures to improve final product and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, partners, revenue operations, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout marketing projects.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to EdTech marketing
- Continually monitor procedures to identify potential areas for improvement and elimination of future errors to avoid costly delays, omissions and inaccurate information which would adversely impact Avallain Group’s communications quality and revenue.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Manage timelines and activities for product launches and promotional activities such as collateral creation, market positioning, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, such as collateral, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to support marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using various tools and platforms and provide regular reports to the marketing team to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to align with objectives and promote our solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Assist with developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualise and execute worldwide and multi-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle
- Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
- Help build a dynamic customer database and establish as well as maintain an effective segmenting and tagging system
- Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, budget, and final deliverables
Requirements
Skills and qualifications
- Proficient in English: Native level speaker or C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active project management and multi-tasking skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing project management or coordination, preferably in the EdTech and SaaS industry.
- Proficient in marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with managing and executing marketing campaigns – including content marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing and branding campaigns Proficient using, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Slack, Jira or similar
- Proficient in marketing tools, analytics and advertisement platforms, such as Active Campaign, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and similar
- Basic skills with Adobe Creative Cloud
