Deine Verantwortung
- Administrative Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycle
- Pflege und Qualitätssicherung im HRIS
- Vorbereitung für externen Payroll-Partner sowie Koordination internationaler Abrechnungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Payroll- und EOR-Partnern
- Ansprechperson für HR-Fragen zu Prozessen und Benefits
- Sicherstellung einer sauberen, vertraulichen und strukturierten HR-Administration
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in HR-Administration oder HR Operations
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Technisch versiert
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Your Responsibilities
- Administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Maintenance and quality assurance in HRIS
- Preparation for external payroll partners and coordination of international payroll
- Collaboration with external payroll and EOR partners
- Point of contact for HR questions regarding processes and benefits
- Ensuring clean, confidential and structured HR administration
Your Profile
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Very good German and English language skills
- Tech savvy
- Structured, independent and discreet way of working
- High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
